Antichthon on Electronic Databases

The journal Antichthon is now available on electronic databases. Vols 1-34 (1967-2000) will soon available on a ProQuest product called Periodical Archives Online (= PAO), while Vols 35-44 (2001-2010) are on another ProQuest product called Academic Research Library which is now available, or in some cases in a combined database called ProQuest 5000. The ProQuest databases are full-text searchable. It will be regularly updated with volumes of Antichthon as they are published after a 12-month gap from the time of publication.

All volumes from 27 (1993) are also available on APA-FT for those libraries which subscribe to that database. There is an index to the volumes prior to Vol 27 back to Vol 1 (1967) associated with the APA-FT database. The volumes in APA-FT are produced by taking scanned images of the pages from hard copies of the journal; they are therefore not word-searchable.
